Lactic Acid

Lactic Acid is not always a milk derived product like lactose. Our Lactic Acid is actually vegan - it is produced through the fermentation of carbohydrates such as sucrose, glucose, or beet juice. Our lactic acid's main source is from sugar cane. Used to lower the pH of formulations, lactic acid is also a well known disinfectant.
